The REALtor Difference

It's a beautiful Saturday and you've been thinking about purchasing a home.  You search websites like Craigslist or maybe you look in the newspaper to find out more information about open houses so you can get out and about to see some homes.  You arrive at the first home and it's very nice, but there isn't enough space or there's a lot more space than you need.  You look at your maps to get to the next house and after going around some construction you finally find it only to discover that the photos on the website you saw were misleading.  It's not a home you see yourself living in.  You rush to one last open house as it ends in 15 minutes on the other side of the city.  You look at the home and it's just not in a great location.  You return to your home and feel tired and a little frustrated.

When you choose to work with a realtor there is a REAL difference:

  • You contact me indicating you're searching for a home.
  • I ask you for basic information like location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, if you have a price range you'd like to stay within and any other aspects that are "must-haves" for your new home.
  • I send you an email with a link to follow.  It takes you to a number or properties for you to view.
  • Any time a new home that matches your criteria comes on the market, you automatically receive an email the next morning at 5:00 a.m. with a link to the listing for it.
  • You contact me with a list of the homes you want to see in person.  I'll schedule the appointments for a time that's convenient for you.
  • I'll either pick you up for your appointment or we can meet somewhere.  We look at the homes and we're in no rush because I've scheduled everything out in advance with plenty of time to spare.
  • When you find the house you'll eventually be moving into, we return to my office to write the offer.  From that point forward, I will help you every step of the way to ensure that your purchase of your new home is successful and that you're happy with it.

Maybe you have a mortgage broker and they've provided you with a Pre-Approval Letter.  If not, I can help you as I'm probably in touch with someone at your financial institution.  If you prefer to look elsewhere, I can help make a recommendation based upon mortgage brokers in South Central Wisconsin who I know will ensure that your purchase doesn't fall through at the last minute.

For all of this you've paid me NOTHING!!

That's right.  You don't owe me a dime.  The seller compensates me.

If you're looking to purchase a home or sell your existing home or both, I can help you!  CLICK HERE to contact me!  I look forward to hearing from you.
