Still a GREAT TIME TO BUY in SouthCentral Wisconsin!!

With the expiration of the first-time homebuyer's tax credit, many people may think that it's no longer a great time to buy.  This is NOT the case. 

With condominiums on the market in droves and many single family homes available, it is very much a buyer's market and it's anticipated that it will continue to be for some time.

The availability of foreclosures is starting to decline, but with the amount of time it takes to close many of these deals, the time to capitalize on this potential investment is great!

Now that the tax credit has expired, sellers are more willing to work with potential buyers to move their property.  Buyers should be careful not to count on home sellers incentivizing transactions to move the property.
