My New Blog

The expiration of the First-Time and Move-Up Homebuyer tax credits means that there are fewer buyers bidding on the 25% of the distressed properties available in Dane County!  Now is one of the BEST times you'll ever have to sieze those properties that are in trouble and make the upgrades necessary to market them.

Many of the buyers that have come on the market are telling my colleagues and I the same thing, "We want a home that we don't have to do a lot of work on."  Most of the sales we're getting are for older homes that have been updated or on newer homes (less than 10 years old.)

The local and national trends are starting to turn.

NOW is the time to sieze the opportunity to capitalize on this growing market!
