ONLY TWO DAYS REMAIN TO GET AN ACCEPTED OFFER!!

With only two (2) days remaining for non-military homebuyers, the market is giving that last push prior to the close of the tax credit offered by the Federal Government.

This tax credit is not expected to be continued again.  That being said, if you haven't been actively looking at homes prior to this point, your opportunities are severely limited and your realtor will be working many hours of overtime prior to Friday's deadline.

While the tax credit may be coming to a close, the market will remain in favor of the buyer for some time to come.  In the Greater Madison / South Central Wisconsin Area, there are an abundance of condominiums.  The inventory of listed homes is also higher than is typical for this market.

Even with the close of the tax credit this Friday, the market will continue to be in favor of BUYERS.  There are many benefits even after the tax credit closes which will help buyers.  More to come . . .
